Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Bloatless, including the iOS app, website, support, subscriptions, and optional coach and meal analysis. By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using Bloatless, you agree to these terms.
End User License Agreement
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the Bloatless iOS app. These terms supplement that license. If there is a direct conflict, Apple's required terms control to the extent required for App Store distribution. Read Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
What Bloatless does
Bloatless is a personal wellness companion for check-ins, meal logging, hydration, supportive routines, reminders, optional photos, gentle insights, and conversations with Bloo. It is intended for personal, non-commercial reflection.
No medical advice
Bloatless does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, disease detection, medication guidance, or emergency services. Scores, tags, insights, coach messages, reminders, recipes, and other content are informational only and are not a substitute for a physician, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Seek professional care for persistent or severe symptoms, pain, allergic reactions, eating concerns, medication questions, or any medical condition. Do not ignore professional advice or delay care because of information shown in Bloatless.
Generated content
Optional coach messages, meal summaries, suggested tags, and debloat scores may be generated using artificial intelligence or on-device analysis based on information or photos you provide. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for you.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content and deciding whether to use it. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for medical, dietary, medication, or other health decisions.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the notes, photos, messages, meal details, and support requests you provide. You represent that you have the rights needed to use submitted content and that it does not violate law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or these terms.
You grant Bloatless a limited license to process submitted content only as needed to provide the features you request, operate support, maintain security, and comply with law.
Subscriptions and billing
Bloatless may offer paid subscriptions through Apple in-app purchases. Prices, trials, renewal periods, and included features may vary by country, storefront, and offer. Payment is charged by Apple when you confirm purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled as stated by Apple for your region. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. Refunds, billing issues, and payment disputes are handled under Apple's App Store rules and applicable law. RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription status and paid access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Bloatless for emergency, diagnostic, clinical, or regulated medical decision-making.
- Submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
- Upload information about another person without permission.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass limits, interfere with, or compromise the app, service, subscriptions, or security controls.
- Use generated content to create unsafe medical, dietary, or medication instructions.
Availability and changes
Features may depend on your device, iOS version, internet connection, permissions, Apple account, subscription status, and third-party services. We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, subscriptions, content, pricing, availability, and support options.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Bloatless, including its software, design, text, icon, character, branding, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Bloatless and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.
Bloatless may rely on services such as Apple, RevenueCat, OpenAI, hosting providers, and email providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use Bloatless.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Bloatless is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, medically accurate, suitable for your needs, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloatless and its developers, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, health outcomes, or opportunities arising from use of Bloatless. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Bloatless in the twelve months before the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination, governing law, and disputes
You may stop using Bloatless at any time. We may suspend access where you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or continued access is no longer feasible. These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Bloatless developer is established, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Please first try to resolve disputes by contacting support@bloatless-app.com.
